I hit the gym for a much needed jog. It's been awhile. I tried running faster today, but when I got to the end of the workout, sadly, I couldn't hang. I had to start walking a minute too early. As minor as it may sound, I was really bummed. I was so exhausted (not to mention crunched for time) that I didn't even do any core or weight training. I'll push myself again on Thursday.
